Our process is both simple and easy. You "The Client" will provide us with the necessary information about your business and services, and we do the rest. Together we will decide on a good domain name and a hosting plan that makes sense. To us a good website experience is a must, or the job may become too stressful and possibly even incomplete. We can assure you that this is the last thing we want to occur. Our desire is the you are happy with us and our services. An entry-level package includes just a few beautifully designed Web pages about your business or services with contact information and logo and some multimedia. After this is completed to your satisfaction, you may choose to add on or just keep what you have. Also maintenance and hosting of your website is included in all our plans, in order to simplify the complexity of billing. Our simple startup package will plant a seed in the fertile soil of the Internet and we can add as much water and sunlight as you need to grow and mature your company's online presence and branch out into a full-fledged dynamic website.
Worry Free
Most people realize that there are many costs associated with owning and maintaining a professional web site. Some of these are domain names, bandwidth, hosting space for your web sites, and of course e-mail accounts. We take care of all complicated costs in house and offer a very simple and complete billing solution. We don't want to create any more confusion by sending you bills for items not fully understood by you or your web design liaison. We handle all the consolidation of billing for services to remove as much confusion as possible so you know what you are actually paying for. As it stands now, because of our generous nature, most of our web site clients already receive unlimited hard drive space, bandwidth, and e-mail accounts unless otherwise specified in agreement.
Design
Our seasoned team of designers will aid your company in meeting its goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. We enjoy blending art with technology in a way that is pleasing to the eye and usable across all devices, platforms, and web browsers. Since we are a boutique web design firm and not as large as other web-design firms, we generally cannot operate under any extremely small time frames, such as a few weeks up to even a month. Our turnaround time will be anywhere from 1 - 6 months depending on the size of your website. With our current workload our general time frame can be from 3 up to 6 months which also depends on how quickly our clients get back to us with the requested information.
Re-Design
Many websites in existence today were created with older methods that are not compatible with today's web standards. Also, many websites which used to receive a good deal of traffic have slowed down to a near stop and are wasting your companys money. Sometimes its just because they have not been updated with pertinent information. If a website is not updated at least once in a while, it may become stale and in dire need of an update and maybe even a re-design.
